Unstaffed fitness: Circle Fit is based on the concept of unstaffed fitness and extensive automation of business processes. The club can operate with few staff hours. The franchisee manages the club, but does not need to be present in the day-to-day operation himself.
Marketing: Circle Fit is a strong marketing concept focused on exposure and recruiting members. The franchisee makes the difference with local recruitment of new members and member retention within his or her Circle Fit club.
