About Circle Fit

Circle Fit is a rapidly growing Dutch fitness chain with a unique concept: 30 minutes of smart training on AI-driven equipment, accessible 24/7, right in the neighborhood. With new locations throughout the Netherlands, we are looking for a Regional Manager to help our clubs grow.

What will you do?

As a Regional Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the performance and growth of multiple Circle Fit locations in your region.

• You are the first point of contact for club managers and support them in daily operations and HR matters

• You monitor and manage KPIs per location: member numbers, retention, occupancy rate, and quality score

• You identify improvement opportunities and ensure consistent implementation of the Circle Fit concept

• You carry out light commercial activities in the immediate vicinity of the clubs. Think of collaborations with local entrepreneurs, distributing flyers, or being present at neighborhood activities — to increase visibility

• You work closely with headquarters during the opening of new locations and support the start-up phase

• You identify local opportunities and translate them into concrete actions for lead generation and brand awareness
