About Lenna
With a Dutch-Tunisian background, I grew up with colorful, spicy meals. Besides my passion for cooking, I was involved in high-level sports for many years, where I discovered the power of nutrition. When injuries put an end to that, I decided to fully dive into my other great love: food and cooking. I have been eating completely plant-based for 8 years now and have had the privilege of inspiring thousands of people with my recipes, cookbooks, and workshops.
