Circle Fit is growing fast. We regularly open new clubs and therefore we are continuously looking for enthusiastic location staff. Whether there is a place available right away at your preferred location or soon: we would love to get acquainted with you in advance.

Are you energetic, customer-friendly and do you have an affinity with fitness? Then we'd love to hear from you. Both starters and more experienced professionals are welcome. Experience in the fitness industry is not required; we provide internal training so that you can get off to a good start.

Your role as the point of contact for our members

The Circle Fit clubs are small-scale, modern and basically unmanned. For a number of hours during the week, there are hostesses / hosts (HUB Assistants) on duty who support our members and answer questions regarding the automated onboarding process.

During your shift, you also make sure the club looks neat and fresh, and that members enjoy working out here. You work independently, see where the work is and pick it up right away. With your helpful attitude and enthusiasm, you know how to motivate members to come back and try new training programmes. In this way, you help them achieve their athletic goals.
